Returns and Exchanges

I always endeavour when photographing to get as accurate a colour as i can, however it is important to note that not all computer and device monitors show colour the same.  If you are unhappy with the colour of a yarn after you have received it, please contact me to arrange to return it for a full refund of the yarn cost.

If you have any concerns regarding the products you have purchased please do not hesitate to contact me.  If you are not satisfied with your yarn for any reason, please return it in original condition, i.e. with label attached, and within 7 days of receiving it, at your own cost.  It can be exchanged for a different yarn, or a refund of the yarn price can be given.  

If the items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo showing damage  (I will need this for the claim with the shipping provider).  I can then arrange a return and a full replacement or refund.
